Nobody is the same as anyone else. We are all unique with different bodies, goals, backgrounds and stories. So, the no “one-size-fits-all” formula means that two people with the same symptoms, or even the same diagnosis, do not need the same remedies, because they may have arrived at their illness for different reasons.
My approach is to look where you are right now and to investigate the relationships between diet, nutritional status, lifestyle, environmental factors, and your health condition. Together, we will define healthy goals and create healthy fashion strategies and easy-to-apply recommendations. We will co-design solutions to kick things off and shift the balance in your health. We will think how to make as few changes as possible to get you to your goals. We will create healthy habits that celebrate your heritage, incorporate your favorite cultural/traditional foods and introduce you to new flavors.
